There are also certain tonal sounds that can be created in the proper key to more completely expand and release any blocked energy in the chakras. (V-A)

12n-2pm – 2 hours – Free Period and Lunch – Enjoy the many food establishments in beautiful downtown Durango.

2pm-5pm 3 hours Chakra Harmonization – Releasing Deep Conflict Through Chakra Balancing Presenters: Gary Bonnell and Duane Hannigan Most spiritual seekers have been taught to meditate using visualizations and affirmations that include brightly colored shapes with mental or vocal affirmations associated with the emotional equivalents of each energy center to expand the chakras in a straight line from base chakra to crown. When we listen to music or catch a certain tonal quality in people’s voices our chakras are impacted – the chi energy of these centers expand or contract. If we intone those harmonic patterns with our voice, in the proper key, the outward affect is exponentially enhanced giving us extra energy to use toward our vision of possibilities. Our personal use of chi energy is greatly enhanced when we listen to deliberate tonal sequences designed to expand our chakra energy for specific affect while at the same time intoning certain syllables.

This section of the conference gives complete instruction in the use of a comprehensive chakra harmonization system for balancing your physical and etheric bodies to the purpose of releasing deep inner conflict, energizing the physical body and balancing the chi within the chakras. (V-A)

5pm-6:30pm 1.5 hours – Break or Class – There will be two classes: one on Chi Gong breathing techniques (instructor: Chris Liaguno) to be held outside on the grounds and the other on The Tibetan Rites (instructor: Vickie Wiggle) to be instructed in the Mesa Verde Room. (V-A)
